I started speed painting the background of the shot where the dog is talking. So far it has taken me 1 hour to get to the shading stage. I am building up the lights and darks and plotting them out and then I will start to add colour.
I started by plotting out the rooms perspective

And then using a monotone brown colour, I started blacking in my lights and darks.
I will now start adding colour.
